I am always looking for a comfortable sports bra that I can wear around the house, but also have the option to work out in, and this top does just that! I have a long torso, but it comes long enough down on my stomach that I feel comfortable walking around in the top. The fabric is comfortable, and there is enough support for a medium sized chest to do a low-impact workout and feel secure. It is slightly narrow, so if you have broader shoulders, everything may not be fully covered
